This exclusive country house is situated just outside of Zell am See on a hillside with an amazing view over the Saalach valley. There are three terraces that are individually used according to where the sun is. One could build a winter garden on the second terrace as under floor heating is available. Wellness area is consisting of pool with a whirlpool, sauna and infra-red cabine.

The 36-hole golf course should be in the near future enlarged to 45 holes.
