This wonderful country home is situated on the Sonnenberg hillside in Maria Alm and is very close to the ski slope and lifts (150-200m).

There are a large built-in wooden kitchen with dining corner and bay window, large terrace, fitness room, sauna etc. in the house. The stairways are bricked with elegant wooden banister and laid with a high quality marble.

There is a holiday flat with 70 m2 on the 2nd floor.

In the garden is a garden hut for the garden equipment and a play ground.

Maria Alm has a well established infrastructure, the most famous being that of the Aberg skiing area as well as the Hintertal municipality which is all connected through skiing possibilities to Dienten and Mühlbach on the Hochkönig mountain range. In summer there are picturesque walking trails with a famous golf course Urslautal 2 km away from the town. The town became famous especially in Germany through the old President Scheel who brought a lot of industrialites and prominence to the beautiful ski town and who are mostly still here. Hintertal and Maria Alm has a guest bed ca-pacity of approx. 5.500 in various categories and approx. 3.500 inhabitants.
